Mini Ninjas
Ages 4-5
45 Minutes
Our preschool ninja program introduces the basics of ninja training in a safe, positive, and exciting environment. In this class students will learn basic martial arts and acrobatic movements with the goal of building kinesthetic awareness, strength, and coordination. These classes also incorporate many confidence building games and obstacle courses that will challenge students physically and mentally.
Level 1
Ages 6-8, 9-12, 13-14
60 Minutes
Our beginner ninja classes introduce the basics and fundamentals of ninja training in a safe, positive and exciting environment. Students will learn basic rolls, kicks, and cartwheels with the goal of developing their foundational skills and creating their first multi-skill combination. These classes also incorporate many confidence building games and obstacle courses that will challenge students physically and mentally.
Level 2
All Ages
60 Minutes
Our intermediate classes solidify the fundamentals learned in the previous level and introduce the essentials such as their front and back tucks. In this class we have safe and basic progressions on the floor, tumbl trak, and trampoline. These classes also incorporate many confidence building games and obstacle courses that will challenge students physically and mentally.
Level 3
All Ages
60 Minutes
Our advanced classes push students beyond their basic tumbling. In this class students will learn to create their own unique and creative combinations with the skills they have learned and mastered in the previous levels. Students will begin working single twist skills on multiple inversion axes. This class also has a heavy focus on flexibility and conditioning in order to keep students’ bodies strong and healthy.
Level 4
All Ages
90 Minutes
Our masters classes are for those wishing to push their ninja skills to the highest level. In this class students will have a strong grasp of terminology and high level skills and transitions. Students will not only create difficult and intricate combinations, but they will also learn multi twisting skills on various axes. This class also has a heavy focus on flexibility and conditioning in order to keep students’ bodies strong and healthy.
